I've always been really interested in art having worked in a pottery shop and been a fine art scholar at school. Despite choosing not to study art at university, I stumbled across interior painting when I wanted to create transform my bedroom into a more relaxing space, it seemed to me that painting scenes of nature would be more transportive than the repetitive patterns of wallpaper.

From that first room in 2017, I've refined and discovered my style, taking most of my inspiration from classical chinoiserie painting techniques in modern colour palettes.

I like nothing more than creating and painting new designs in fun colours and intricate detail so even the smallest idea is enough to create a beautiful piece. I choose to paint wall murals because I think creating a piece to suit the room results in a more impactful final result.
